Please Note:

• Orders received till 2 pm will be delivered on same day if delivery date is not mentioned.
• Products will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities/Towns.
• We deliver all 365 days of the year (including Sundays and public holidays)
• We guarantee on date delivery but do not commit any fix time for delivery.
• Deliveries will be made between 9 am to 9 pm IST on the given date.
• We believe in providing our customer the best quality.
• To maintain the freshness, flowers, cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location and are always hand delivered.
• Delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address without extra charges.
• We will attempt delivery of the items only once.
• Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery may be possible.

Orders are considered to be executed in the below cases

• Recipient not available 
• Delivery not done due to wrong address.
• Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
• Recipient refused the products.
• Premises locked (we will drop our card so that you can call us).
• Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
• The image displayed in indicative in nature.
• Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
• Images are indicative only. Though we try our level best to deliver as per the image shown, designs may vary & are subject to availability of flowers / consumables on any particular day.
• We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product.
• No refund/ re-delivery claim in this respect will be entertained.
• In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
• On special occasions like Valentines’ Day, the given prices are not applicable.
• In case of outsourced gift items, respective brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product.
• Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer.
• In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description and price shall be delivered.
